On this special day, we will be releasing our brand-new short and crazy story, more focused on Andrea's skills "...And Justice 4 All," exclusively for all of our backers. As a token of our gratitude, this digital short story will be available to you as our 40k stretch goal gift . Stefano and I really worked harder on this standalone spin-off and we really looking forward to know your feedback! It's currently presented in black and white, but if you're interested in seeing it in full color, we're considering adding that as a stretch goal for our next campaign. Stay tuned for more on that! Dear Cyberlovers,

How is your summer going? Here are a few quick updates on how the shipments are coming along

Damaged copies 🥺🥺🥺

As you can imagine, every copy of ENHANCED has cost us sweat and time, so we are the first to feel bad when we know of copies being ruined.

At the moment there have been very few instances worldwide of copies arriving with damage, which proves that the packaging we use is adequate, but unfortunately there is little we can do against the rudeness and disrespect of some transport operators.

We are already moving forward with DHL to figure out how to proceed, but as of now I can reassure you that we will get replacement copies to you as soon as possible...just in case this time packed even more securely, in case some local DHL couriers want to turn on your books again.

We realized that some transporters can be very nasty and rough, so to significantly decrease the chances of copies arriving damaged, we obtained backing boards, very rigid, with which to cover the front and back of the volume. The size is slightly wider than the book, so that the latter does not absorb any bumps. 

We will send replacement copies to backers who have requested them shortly, as soon as reprints arrive. At today, we “just” had less than 10 damaged copies on 1k worldwide shipments. Thank you again for your valuable feedback that is helping us to improve the experience and quality of Enhanced, whose community is increasingly active and responsive.  We'll do better for Vol.2!

HARD COVER SMALL DELAY ⏱️

Did you order the hardcover version and still haven't received anything? That makes sense, don't panic. 

There are about 30 or so users whose shipment has been delayed, due to a batch of less-than-perfect hard covers (specifically, 2 pages were slightly sticking). 

Obviously, we can't send a non-perfect product and the printer is reprinting them, they will be ready as soon as possible. New copies are obviously already in print, but the summer holidays have not favored us.

I apologize so much for the delay and will be sure to put as many goodies as possible in the package to make up for the mishap, which was not our fault but of course we still feel obliged to excuse ourselves. If you have any doubts or want to check if you are among these users, please feel free to write a message via kickstarter or to [email protected]
