Greetings Cyber-Backers,
It's February and we've got some sizzling updates to share with you!
First of all, the production of our comic book is on fire! We've been tweaking every detail to make sure it's the best it can be. From the type of paper to the cover materials, we've got it covered. We're also finalizing relationships with shipping partners and manufacturers of the goodies (pins, postcards, stickers, etc...). Huge shoutout to you for being so awesome and completing the BackerKit survey, it's making our job a whole lot easier!

If you haven't, there is still time to add it to your reward via your Backerkit surveys.

A small percentage of you (less than 10%) still have not replied to the email received from Backerkit.

Every time I think the most beautiful ENHANCED page has already been made, new ones come along and I must, with pleasure, change my mind. Not to mention Stefano's incredible line, I love how Barbara's palette gradually changes, accompanying our characters from the warm Japanese garden in their descent to the cold NOVA labs where the Replicants are created.

How did you spend this holiday season? I hope well! Some major updates about Surveys plus some new cool footage premiered!
🚀Woo-Hoo! 81% Completed
BackerKit Surveys were out only for ten days, and today a whopping 81% of our backers filled in their surveys! Well done! 🥳
As we had already mentioned, we confirm that we'll close the surveys on Jan. 23, 2023, exactly one month after opening them. This is because we're working hard to meet our deadlines and by the end of January we would like to have a pretty realistic estimate of the stuff we have to produce. Softcovers, Hardcovers, Variants, all the add-ons...we really have a huge amount to send to print!
Hurry up and have your orders finalized by that day! What does that mean? Choose your preferred pledge, confirming the Kickstarter one or choosing to upgrade and add as many add-ons as you want. Apparently the hard work done together with the Backerkit staff has paid off, the Survey is working well and a great many of you have decided to enrich their experience.
We want to remind you that if you do not complete the Survey that Backerkit sent you, we will not be able to send you your reward. So if you still have postponed, please do it now!
After the Pledge Manager closes, you will still be able to update your shipping address before shipping starts. Don't worry if you need the book ship to a different address. We will send a reminder out before shipping starts to update any shipping addresses.

We will share via email in the coming days some interesting (and fun) results of the Backerkit Survey, but at the moment we can anticipate that, from what we see, ENHANCED Vol.1 will reach 37 countries, 800 cities with as many as 3635 items to be sent. On the one hand we are a little scared by these CRAZY results, on the other hand we are extremely excited! Keep sharing and spreading the word, ENHANCED has become something big and we definitely don't want to stop now, this is just the beginning!
What's next?
Work hard and keep up to date constantly. These are our main priorities today!
Stefano and Barbara are working hard to finalize the still unfinished pages of the story but without sacrificing the very high quality that brought you here, dear Backer! Below you can admire how the work is progressing. What do you think? Your comments are always more than welcome!

What is BackerKit? and Why?
BackerKit is a platform that allows crowdfunding campaign creators like us to control the campaign fulfillment process. The survey helps us finalize your reward preferences as well as shipping details.

FAQ's❓❗
When should I reply to the survey?
ASAP!⏰ The sooner you fill in the survey, the sooner we will know how many items and add-ons we will ship, and where to. The information will help us quickly organize the production process.
When you will charge our credit cards for upgrades, add-ons and shipping costs?
Good question! Credit Card will be charged in 2023 (maybe February 2023) especially to make sure that all Backers can have enough credit. We know how expensive it can be to buy Christmas gifts, so you can safely upgrade to your pledge and add-ons, you will pay much later :-) Sounds good, right?
Can I upgrade my reward to another reward?
Sure! You can update your pledge level from inside the survey. Check out the video we've posted.
How do I select my add-ons?
Once you finish answering the initial questions, you'll be redirected to the screen with all possible Add-ons. Select the ones you want to add to your reward and click the "Add to Cart" button.
How about Shipping costs?
We will ship your book using the top shipping company, using a 48/72 hour worldwide tracking service. We're happy to announce we were able to maintain the shipping prices stated during the campaign, although costs have since increased
I want to change my shipping address. Can I do that?
Sure you can. You can make changes to the shipping address at any time before we close the surveys. Once locked, you'll not be able to make any changes.

Just a little Christmas update to be sure to wish you a happy holiday season on time and to let you know that we are working hard to complete ENHANCEDVol.1 as soon as possible, obviously maintaining the high standards we promised you. Since we think it's only fair to share with you our work in progress, here is some material related to the new chapters we are working on:

Ok, we are almost ready to send out the surveys through BackerKit, you'll receive them by next week! Once received, the survey will allow you to finalize your pledge and, most importantly, confirm your shipping address. Of course you will be able to UPGRADE your pledge, if you want! In order to speed up things, we ask you to answer the survey as soon as you receive it, so please check daily your email and the campaign's updates in the next few days. We know that some of you have been dropped by Kickstarter due to payment failure (whatever the reason) but don't worry, the survey will be an opportunity for you to fix that, besides the other options we gave you in the private message you have received.
